This function will be reporting to the Manager for Material Procurement Planning who is based in Indonesia.This role is for 1 year contract with possibility to be permanent employee. Key Responsibilities:Planning and procuring the supply of raw materials to support manufacturing activitiesEnforce supplier punctuality and lead time performance and the procurement planning executionTo manage the supplier agreement compliance, issues related to damages and short supplyActively communicate to various stake holders in the event of supply disruption To define the raw materials reorder quantities and frequencies so that inventory is kept at an optimal levelTo work proactively to improve the sourcing process leading the integration between different roles involved in it (purchasing, quality, logistics, suppliers, warehouse, procurement)Resolving payment issuesEnsure purchasing data quality compliance Growing to become a subject matter expert of the materials responsible for and countries that the materials are sourced from, and proactively put in place processes/plans for the smooth supply to the site.We bringEmpowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards.Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative.Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet.Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions.Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future;You bring:Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or MS degree in Chemistry, Food Science or Supply-Chain Management from an accredited university requiredProficient in Supply Chain Planning techniques Proficient in Inventory management Understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning concepts and their role in supply planningDetailed understanding of how a supply plan is generated and managedMin 2-5 years experience in Material Planning in food and beverage, pharma industrySkilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demandsSelf-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work with a teamProfessional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP systems and analytical skills (MS Excel)Experience in Kinaxis is an added advantageAs a committed equal opportunity employer, we ensure our recruitment practices are inclusive and fair. We encourage the recruitment of a diverse workforce, representative of the communities in which we work, by using inclusive language, diverse interview panels, diversified sourcing strategies.
