Job Description ​​​​​​To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractor's shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect. To manage the contractor's team during pre installation, installation and post installation. To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met. To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues. To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project. Qualifications Degree from Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Minimum of 5 years' working experience in Electrical filed. Comprehensive understanding of all MEP-related scope of works as well as other scope which will influence matrix of responsibilities. Experience in managing and supervising MEP Project construction works, and some luxury/ high-end residential, commercial or mixed development project experiences. Strong communication skill.
