Responsibilities Industrial Relations, Policies & Compliance: Manage with relevant local stakeholders, including employee representatives, labor unions, and legal advisors, to foster positive industrial relations. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Drive organizational changes through industrial relation process. Advise management on legal requirements related to HR practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of local HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, best practices, and global standards. Support global standardization of HR processes and the local application. Communicate policy changes to employees and managers and provide guidance on interpretation and implementation. Employee Relations, Culture, DE&I and Engagement: Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, procedures, and labor laws. Support Country HR in handling complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts. Foster a positive work environment, Clariant culture and behavior by promoting employee engagement initiatives, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and onboarding DE&I, recognizing and celebrating achievements, and addressing employee feedback and concerns. HR Partnering: Support Country HR as trusted partner to local business leaders and managers, providing expert advice and guidance on a broad range of HR issues, while using HR analytics and out-side-in competitive insights. Organizational Change: Work together with Country HR on implementing HR aspects of organizational changes, from restructurings to collective moves. Provide support and guidance to managers throughout the people change process, including managing communication, handling grievances, and addressing concerns. Workforce Planning & People Development: Collaborate with Country HR & local leadership teams to develop and implement efficient people development, succession planning and talent management that meet business requirements, while advising on best-in-class workforce considering employee well-being, learning, performance management, legal regulations, and labor agreements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar role, with a focus on individual case management and industrial relations. Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Experience in advising on shift schemes, work schedules, and roster management. Demonstrated expertise in handling individual cases related to organizational changes, industrial relations practices, including collective bargaining agreements and dispute resolution. Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective HR practices. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
