Position Summary: * Interact with sales/marketing team to understand demand forecast drivers and work with them to make sure accurate information is used for demand forecast. Review historical sales trend, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast result. Analyze future inventory needs, placing orders or adjusting supply based on forecasted demand. Work and collaborate with Regional Planning Team to ensure timely order placement, delivery of goods and managing any logistical issues. Key Responsibilities: * Supply Chain Planners are expected to perform a variety of specific tasks: • Forecasting demand and creating supply plans that ensure availability of products. • Monitoring and managing inventory levels as per target. • Work with Regional Planning Team (RPT) and vendors (J&J Affiliates) on regular basis to make sure any issues related supply resolve and follow up on time. • Implementing applicable systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency. • Evaluating and reporting on Supply Chain KPIs/metrics. • Collaboration with sales and commercial departments as stakeholders, collaboration with regional planning teams in meeting supply and demand needs. * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Technology or related field. * 2 years supply chain experience in demand planning or logistic role. Experience working in a global organization is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Customer centric mindset. * Knowledge on SC management software and tools or other application such as Power BI is a plus. * Possess strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
