PMO Associate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating operational projects that support the core business functions. This role focuses on enabling various departments and stakeholders to achieve their objectives efficiently by providing strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, and maintaining project governance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage multiple operational projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals. Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates and escalating issues as necessary. Governance & Compliance: Implement and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery. Ensure all projects comply with internal governance processes, risk management protocols, and quality standards. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress against KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Provide comprehensive project reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within a large organization or in a similar industry. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Proofhub, Jira). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
