Job Description - Helpdesk on Device Maintenance- Defining Client's Requirement and considering the best solution- Other related tasks as assigned Job Requirement - Bachelor ( IT Major)- Has experience minimum 2 Years as IT Helpdesk/ Infra Engineer- IT Helpdesk / Tier1 Device maintenance of Office equipment (PC, Projector, Printer, mobile phone etc) - PC troubleshoot - O365's troubleshoot- Network/Server Design, Implementation, Operation Big plus - Cloud Service (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) Big plus
