Recruitment Manager

MidPlaza Holding is on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our vibrant team in AYANA Bali. In this pivotal role, you will lead our recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent that aligns with our company culture and strategic goals. The Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs. Conduct needs analysis with department heads to define hiring criteria and specifications. Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Utilize multiple channels, including social media, job fairs, and industry networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Oversee the application process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. 5-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably has experience in a managerial or lead role. Demonstrated ability to effectively attract and engage top talent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Ability to think strategically and influence hiring decisions. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in team collaboration and project management. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
