We provide room to growth, to exploring and living your potential and for a higher mission.   What You Will Do: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the textile segment of the fashion industry. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the fashion textile sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and collective success. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market. Collaborate with relevant teams to accurately forecast sales, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies as needed. Lead negotiations with clients, closing deals that align with company objectives and customer satisfaction. Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.   What You Will Need: Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the fashion textile industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance sales team. A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. A genuine passion for the fashion industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and evolution.
