As a CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing various channels such as push notifications, email blasts, in-app/onsite promotions, and more. Job Description Develop and execute marketing campaign Manage daily push notification, email blast, in app/onsite, and other adds-on and ensure successful delivery and uplifts from time to time Create voucher creation and promo page creation for promo & campaign Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaign Create and implement campaign journey for each user segmentations and behavior Campaign analysis for data segmentation. Design a CRM journey and channels optimization Create and manage Web and App users acquisition strategies in order to increase numbers of database/list building Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance Requirements A deep interest and knowledge of watches, including various brands, styles, and trends. 2 years proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the retail industry, with a strong understanding of online and offline customer journeys. 2 years of experience of Email Marketing and/or Direct Marketing preferred. Experience working with an email service provider platform. Experience in handling campaign management and e-commerce marketing or promotion program. Experience in the watch industry or a similar luxury retail segment is a plus. Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytic, Google Sheet and similar tools for analysis process and generate insight. Prior experience in using CRM tools (including but not limited to MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, Netcore, etc.). Excellent written communication skills with exceptional proofreading and editing skills. Excellent data analysis & research skills. Excellent time management. High level understanding of marketing campaigns and messaging. Have ability to research, identify and evaluate email marketing trends. Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content. Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and fast-learner. High attention to detail, strongly meticulous, target driven and data driven. Positive attitude and self-motivated.
