Role :   The Company is recruiting for the Data Engineer role to join and help accelerate the Company’s innovation and data-driven strategy. Designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent, our Company provides the framework to develop technical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of data management in building lending technology & analytics. You will work at all data engineer life cycle phases, including Build, test, and maintain a scalable data pipeline. Design database and its performance optimization. Build the data architecture for optimal extraction, transformation, and data loading from various sources. Assemble large & complex data sets to meet business demand. Work with stakeholders, including the senior management, Product, Data, and Design teams, to assist with data-related technical issues, and data governance, and support their data infrastructure needs. Engineer-minded: Your creation will improve the analytics process, you know how to handle large-scale data. You have experience with data pipelining, data warehousing, and data governance. Customer and product-oriented: Ability to understand and prioritize client’s needs, align projects with customer expectations, and work towards delivering high-quality solutions.  Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Data Engineering (Whole Warehousing Process). Experience in open-source programming languages, Python, and SQL is a must. Experience with relational databases (Postgresql, Mysql, Apache Druid, etc) and document databases (MongoDB). Ability to identify opportunities and act on them, both problem-solving skills and analytical skills. Knowledge of data collection, cleaning, and transforming techniques. Experience in financial technology services. Experience in developing batch and real-time data pipelines. Preferred Qualifications Min 2 years of working experience in Data Engineering. Experience with cloud computing services, such as GCP (e.g. Bigquery, Cloud Function, PubSub, Dataflow). Experience working with big data frameworks (e.g. Spark, Hadoop). Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Ariflow). Experience with the streaming framework for CDC (e.g. Debezium) or message queue (e.g. Apache Kafka). Basic understanding of network configurations, including open ports, VPN, VPC, and tunneling. Nice to have experience in Data Management, including data quality, data governance, data security, etc. Nice to have a fundamental understanding of MLOps principles and ML engineering Benefits Exciting opportunity in a startup environment with ambitious growth plans.
