Sales Executive - Rubber

General Overview The Sales Executive will identify business opportunities and manage partnerships with rice mills, negotiate on the selling price and monitor the price. This role will report directly to the National Sales Manager. Roles and responsibilities Identifying business opportunities and extend partnerships to offtakes buyers Support the Branch Manager establish contacts and develop relationship in the region Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers Analyze offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency  Building a sales network of big rice mills across island to support sales of Rubber. Building a sales network of distributors across island to support sales of Rubber. Pre-harvest season Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective buyers Support the Sales manager in establishing contacts and develop relationship at the branch level Manage key accounts and groom top buyers to key account status Gather crops buying prices from buyers in the region Buyer onboarding to JIVA system Harvest season Assign harvest to buyers with logistic executive Monitor buyer performance Ensure that buyer are paying based on contract term Attending post harvest events with buyers Requirements Proven work experience as a purchasing or procurement  for at least 5 years Minimal D3/S1 Have a leverage networking with feed mills in Java Island especially Lampung Familiarity with rubber industry Strong negotiation skills
