Job Description - Conduct outdoor sales by managing customers across various industries- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients- Travel to conduct in-person meetings with prospective and current clients- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets- Handle daily sales administrative duties- Research competitors' offerings, pricing, and market dynamics- Use strategic negotiation tactics to secure sales with potential and current clients- Perform other tasks as assigned Job Requirement - Min. diploma degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field- Min. conversational level of English- 3-5 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics companies- Target-oriented, team player, hard worker- Possess active SIM A (able to drive manual/automatic cars)- Willing to work in Surabaya, including Saturdays (2x/month)- Preferably has proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
