Job Description Arranging School daily operation services: Room/facilities arrangement for schedule, availability in coordination with Academic  Managing facility/venue renting procedure with third partied (controlling the schedule and venue availability to maximize revenue) Managing outside vendor such canteen and FB vendor on daily basis and on certain event School Shuttle Bus arrangement for daily schedule and other needs for school and office Operational car & taxi arrangement for schedule based on needs and priority. Providing and arranging school and office daily needs ATK, Water, etc.  Supporting Academic team for providing material needs in every terms. Providing and arranging students’ needs daily books, uniform in SASHOP and meals (catering) in coordination with catering vendor. Travel Arrangement: arranging airplane & hotel for any business trip requested by academic or under GA Budget. Create transaction in Oracle system: Purchase Request, Reimbursement & Cash Advance Request, and Travel Allowance including the realization. Other administrative needs and other non-daily services for school & office   Building Facility and Maintenance: Maintaining building facilities to provide comfort and appropriateness in coordination with Engineering and vendor. Managing cleaner outsource in providing services and making sure the cleanliness of building and facility in standard. Managing security cleaner outsource in providing services and making sure the security and safety in standard and making sure all asset safe. Managing other outside vendor (pest control, pool, and elevator) to provide service and make sure all the facility maintains and working in accordance with school standards and safety. Plan and monitor maintenance schedule is in place in coordination with engineering. Doing daily walkaround in all property area to make sure all-in place in accordance with “PATROL” system application and standard and follow up any issue and making sure it will be fixed. Resolving complaints, problems, and requests related with building and facilities.   Budget & Inventory Management Take good care of stocks, inventory, and other equipment. Maintain inventory and supplies for daily operation. Doing Stock Opname process on monthly basis in coordination with finance and make sure stock vs inventory system are balance. Controlling budget vs actual on daily operation when creating PR on the system Assisting Academic to create PR, RM and CA on the system.  Qualifications Minimum Diploma in any field. Minimum 1 year working experience with educational institutions or comparable organizations. Familiar to operate Ms. Office, communication skill, negotiation skills. Good command in writing & speaking English. Ability to analyze and work efficiently. Additional Information Available to start immediately.
