The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these platforms, experience in managing and executing content strategies, and a passion for leveraging short video content to enhance product awareness and brand visibility.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Strategy Development:</strong> Formulate and implement operational strategies for short video platforms in alignment with new product release schedules. Manage the strategy execution across various stages of the project, ensuring that the focus is maintained at each stage.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration with Suppliers:</strong> Work closely with suppliers to identify and allocate KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and KOC (Key Opinion Consumers) resources within budget constraints, aiming to achieve optimal communication outcomes.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Content Production:</strong> Collaborate with suppliers to create short video materials that are tailored for the platforms and designed to increase product awareness and engagement.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Platform Management:</strong> Oversee and manage the brand's official accounts on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, ensuring consistent and impactful presence across these platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Creative Script Production:</strong> Develop creative scripts for short videos and work closely with KOLs/KOCs to ensure the effective production of cooperative video content.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Educational Background:</strong> A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Has strong creativity and can shoot videos independently.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>For standard positions: At least 2 years of experience in short video operations.</li> <li>For senior positions: A minimum of 3 years of experience in short video operations, preferably within an advertising/creative agency or a technology products company.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Platform Expertise:</strong> An in-depth understanding of local popular short video platforms in Indonesia is essential. A track record of successful operations and outstanding work is highly desirable.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Proficiency in both Bahasa and English is required, with English communication skills sufficient to meet daily work requirements. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.</p> </li> </ul>
