We are in contact with local, regional and global finance and procurement teams to collaborate and innovate. Our services include collecting and analyzing company spend data and commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company. Partner with the bestAs a Sourcing Specialist, you're to manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You're to apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, placing & following-up on PO’sManaging problems and schedule changes. Updating ERPDetecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysisAssisting in the continuous development of the Procurement function towards best practiceContributing project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 monthsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2-8 years of experience in Sourcing).Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skillsBe a team player with ability to work independentlyDemonstrate good problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
