Digital Sales Executive - Account Management

To proactively drive profitable sales using digital means to sell products and solutions. Actively implement the commercial strategy of the business and generate additional business by establishing strong & meaning virtual customer relationships. Manage all the dimensions of the role remotely by using efficiently all the digital tools/platforms available. Ensure that all Schneider-Electric business done with her/his accounts is in full compliance with local laws & regulations and company's Principles of Responsibility, policies, guidelines & processes. • By using all digital tools available, grow profitable sales within the accounts by securing order targets, maximizing direct & indirect revenues and gross margin for our targeted accounts/partners/segments. • Proactively contact customers through all digital means available (digital platforms, webinars, social media, virtual events/forums, direct calls) and follow their digital engagement on a regular basis. • Expand customer network by finding and connecting with prospects using customized messages. • Establish virtual customer intimacy through connections at all required levels of Customer organization. Be reactive/responsive and keep regular contacts (video calls, phone calls, emails) to be seen as a trusted advisor. • Work closely with Operational Marketing to prioritize accounts and nurture them using artificial intelligence capabilities available (Marketo). • Negotiate contracts in a remote manner to secure customer online purchase orders with approved profitability targets • Execute business plan by setting and tracking business goals for each targeted divisions of the accounts in line with Business Unit growth ambitions. • Be the owner of your accounts in CRM tool by providing accurate quarterly accounts plan reports (revenues: actual & year-end forecast) and keeping up-to-date the list of projects for all Businesses • Work closely with peers of other Business Units, Operational Marketing Leaders, Tender Managers & Execution teams to further align and maximize the overall commercial & delivery effectiveness. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering Job Related Experience: * Preferred Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering * At least 3 years' sales experience in digital/remote sales * Master the use of digital tools/platforms, i.e. social media, web platforms, CRM, email newsletter, webinar platform * Sales & Results-oriented * Organized, fast & resilient * Persuasive Communication skills (digital) * Coachable, Self-motivated * Knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio * Native speaker level (or high fluency) for local context * Strong track record of capability to manage and grow accounts * Understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties * Demonstrates significant experience in detecting and discussing industry and customer pain points and proposing high value solutions * Experience in developing a marketing strategy * Good understanding of the customers' problems & technology, industry-specific knowledge preferred (good capacity to listen) * A strong ability to understand complex requirements, able to clearly communicate client needs, challenge the client on solutions and close a deal * Able to politically navigate through an organization; balancing interactions with the Key Decision Maker (likely manager or director-level) and also reaching senior executive ranks * Able to use Sales force (BFO) and SAP Business Understanding: * Commercial Acumen • Account Management Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in multicultural environment • Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized • Strong communication, influencing skills and intercultural skills • Good analytical and technical skills * Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit * Tenacity, resilience, emotional intelligence Business Understanding: * Commercial Acumen • Account Management Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in multicultural environment • Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized • Strong communication, influencing skills and intercultural skills • Good analytical and technical skills * Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit * Tenacity, resilience, emotional intelligence Schedule: Full-time Req: 008QNU
