This role is crucial in creating the most exciting streamer and viewer experience, especially in-app content strategy, event planning, monetization, and data analysis.You will be responsible for : Overseeing daily live operations and managing in-app events, promotions, and content to enhance user engagement and retention.Monitoring live event performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing actionable insights for future improvements.Gathering user feedback, monitoring community channels, and collaborating with teams to address concerns and enhance the user experience.Working closely with various divisions such as product, community, Partnerships divisions, to ensure smooth implementation of live ops strategies while staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 3 years experience ideally in project management within the streaming or gaming industry, as well as event planning for online and offline events.You have at least 1 years of experience managing a team.You have experience using Notion, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.You possess Quantitative and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics-driven experience.You are analytical, problem-solver and possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What's on Offer?
