Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently oversee and drive product and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive, integrated marketing plans aligned with the annual product roadmap.
  • Formulate and execute detailed marketing plans encompassing marketing roadmaps, communication strategies, action plans, event communications, and more.
  • Identify and refine key selling points to align with user purchasing motivations. Enhance product perception through compelling copywriting, detailed product marketing analysis, and strategic collaborations.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure project completion with a focus on achieving results and maintaining high quality.
  • Meet and exceed marketing KPIs.
  • Stay informed about Indonesian marketing trends and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for marketing.
  • Continuously research exemplary marketing strategies, extract insights, and propose optimizations to current strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Professional Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing planning within the mobile phone industry, smart hardware industry, or Internet marketing industry.

  • Skills and Experience :

    • Strong capabilities in marketing planning and creativity.

    • Proven track record in developing and executing large-scale integrated marketing projects independently.

    • Proficiency in project management, execution, communication, coordination, teamwork, and handling pressure.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to facilitate smooth cross-departmental collaboration.

    • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

  • Passion: A deep knowledge and passion for the gaming and technology industry, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
