Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

We are looking for a creative and strategic PR Manager with a strong background in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and technology, with experience in public relations and marketing. This role is essential in driving brand awareness, managing media relations, and developing innovative campaigns that resonate with the gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development:

    • Create and develop creative ideas for project campaigns, specializing in the gaming industry, from the pre-launch phase through to ongoing support.
    • Ensure that all campaign materials align with the brand voice and resonate with the target audience.
  2. Media and KOL Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the gaming and tech industry.
    • Expand these relationships to include other relevant media industries to maximize exposure.
  3. Content Creation:

    • Develop campaign materials such as press releases, briefs, Q&As, and other communication tools to support campaign objectives.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand and effectively communicates the desired message.
  4. Trend Monitoring:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and happenings in the gaming industry.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to be used across multiple divisions, ensuring the brand remains relevant and forward-thinking.
  5. Integrated Marketing:

    • Participate in discussions with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaign strategies.
    • Pitch new ideas and amplify content to increase brand awareness and represent the brand voice in alignment with current trends and media opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the gaming and PR industry.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in PR and marketing, with a proven track record of successful media and KOL relationships in the gaming industry.

Skills:

  • Experienced in developing creative storytelling and copywriting, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the gaming audience.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand key issues and provide strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing media coverage and identifying new opportunities for brand exposure.
