About the Role As a full-time on-site Social Media Coordinator located in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our community. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand loyalty, and promote our innovative product offerings. Add-ons for this position to support the placement of our brands Matrix and Nex Parabola Responsibilities Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to refine and optimize strategies for improved results. Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community around the BIOTA brand. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotional content. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector. Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, along with familiarity in using analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
