Job title – Senior Accountant Location – Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang – Jawa Timur, Indonesia Job model – Hybrid As the Senior Accountant, you will be the point of contact for the plant financial operations. You will be responsible for DNP Indonesia Group's financial operations such as Accounts Receivable (A/R) and collaborating with Regional Financial Shared Services (FSS). You will manage Accounts Payable (A/P) procedures in coordination with Regional Procurement Shared Services (PSS). Additionally, you'll handle tax reporting with Tax Consultants and act as a liaison with Tax Offices and Audit consultants. Your role involves reviewing balance sheet reconciliations with Regional FSS, conducting taxation reconciliations, managing fixed assets, and participating in audits. At dsm-firmenich, people are at the heart of the company. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace. Your key responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, including invoice processing, and collaborate with Regional Financial Shared Services (FSS) for A/R-related matters. Oversee Accounts Payable (A/P) procedures and validation, coordinating with Regional Procurement Shared Services (PSS) for A/P-related issues. Handle all tax reporting tasks, such as e-SPT and e-Faktur, in collaboration with Tax Consultants. Act as a liaison with Tax Offices and Tax and Audit consultants. Review and analyze balance sheet reconciliations, partnering with Regional FSS for General Ledger (GL) matters. Perform taxation reconciliations, manage fixed assets, conduct inventory counts, and participate in Statutory and Tax Audits, collaborating with relevant stakeholders. You bring Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Min. 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company Having min. 1 year experience in Public Accounting Firm is preferable Familiar with cost accounting, GL/Subledger and taxation Computer literate (spreadsheet) and familiar with ERP System.
