Staff Specialist / Manager Procurement

Responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers to acquire the cost saving and reduce procurement expenses.In your new role you will:Responsible for site procurement based on the defined global category strategy, including strategic tasks ( sourcing, demand management, market analysis), tactical tasks ( RFI/RFQ, negotiation, contracting) and operational tasks.Acts as main site interface to suppliers (incl. phase-in / evaluation /relationship & consequence management) and negotiates site specific contracts for the best TCO.Works with internal stakeholders to align demand, priorities ( secure supply vs. cost saving) and consults on sourcing options. Applies best in class procurement methods and market intelligence, contributes to continuous improvement and ensures compliance with local/global rules& processes.Contributes to KPI target setting, monitors KPIs ( savings, payment terms, process KPIs) and implements appropriate measures in case of deviation.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalents.
