Come be a part of this journey!BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORFUNCTION: OperationsSUB FUNCTION: Supply Chain WarehouseCITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, IndonesiaROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESThe role is responsible as to operate machine to get good product quality and machine performance as per standard process through machine troubleshoot and DMS to determine the root cause and action plan of failure/issue (Stops/PF/BD).Reports to: Warehouse Superintendent Geographic Scope: LocalWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORExecute warehouse operational including receiving, storage management, delivery and recording data transactionEnsure E2E warehouse operation running well align with WI/OPL/SOP and SWPCoordinate with related cross function support, to make sure business process deliverable align within target/KPIConduct necessary action for ensuring warehouse safety, quality and building propernessRun E2E warehouse operational as well as ensuring receiving, record stock management and delivery stock, quality standards, EHS requirements, safety (5S) is implemented and take any corrective measures when neededExecute and implement 100% in DMS tracker and implementation of IWS Principles on a daily BasisReporting and escalation related any 3 top loss happen in operational warehousingLead factory and shiftily DDS ProcessExecute and Implantation 90 days action planCreate and analyze process operational warehouse using UPS and WPI toolsExecute daily operational warehouse (inbound, outbound, pest control, storage management and compliance; local regulation and functional policy)ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE2 years experience in logistics / supply chain / warehouseExperience in organizationKnowledge and capability of raw material and finish goodExcel data reportingSAP capability for standard Warehouse OperationCritical Experience related to operation floor warehousing5S knowledgeSAP operational warehouse managementUnderstand the overview related to IWS Pillar, DDS Cycle and Zero Loss JourneyExecute daily operational warehouse (inbound, outbound, pest control, storage management and compliance; local regulation and functional policy)WE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
