Supervisor Laboratory (Pharmaceutical Division)

Abbott Indonesia is looking for Supervisor Laboratory, based in Cimanggis manufacturing site, Depok.Main Responsibilities:Perform laboratory compliance function and support (Regulatory, Quality and Safety Compliance).Perform as a QC reviewer function and QC Approver function as delegated by the QC Manager.Perform continuous improvement program.Coordinate and supervise daily activities of compendia compliance, laboratory documentation (including registration dossier related to laboratory documents).Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities within a work team and ensure agreed upon timelines are met. Perform investigation, CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) and change control. Qualifications PharmacistHave a minimum of 3 years of experience as Laboratory Supervisor in pharmaceutical company.Knowledge of GMP compliance requirements for QC including Pharmacopeia requirement.Have knowledge of Laboratory Information Management System and Empower for Chromatography Data System.Have experience with leading colleagues and/or projects. Strong people management experience. Demonstrated skill in collaboration, attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to handle complex and detailed situations with focus on quality.
