Training and People Development Senior Associate

Job Description: 1. Training Plan, organize and monitoring the annual and monthly training schedules, including onboarding for new employees. Facilitate interactive activities during training sessions. Coordinate with global teams to ensure training programs are aligned. Track training attendance and ensure proper documentation. Manage Learning Management System and Training Reporting Plan and organize the Trainer Program 2. People Development Act as a key point of contact for initiatives across Southeast Asia, providing updates and ensuring activities run smoothly. Submit reports and support regional projects and activities. Organize employee engagement activity. 3. Talent Management Maintain employee profiles, ensuring information is up to date. Support the process for employee performance reviews and provide necessary reports for monitoring and tracking progress. 4. Employee Performance Evaluation Assist in improving the performance review process. Collect and organize performance review documents and facilitate review meetings. Ensure the necessary materials are shared with department leaders for performance discussions. 5. HR Support Keep employee data updated and generate reports as needed. Assist with the implementation of HR systems and ensure accuracy in data reporting. Support internal HR communications and reporting activities. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development, Training, and/or HR operations. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in using HR systems, particularly Talent Management Systems and Learning Management System. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
